Creative Production  X   Creative oversight and design support for university marketing initiatives.
Selection of Creative Vendors X   Includes involvement from inception to completion in new vendor selection and final approval on new concepts and any newly developed materials.
Recruitment Advertising Campaigns**   X Campaign management, media planning, creative/content development, research and analytics for graduate, undergraduate, traditional transfer, adult and non-degree/certificates
Recruitment Communication Campaigns**   X Print, email, digital, social for all colleges and programs for graduate, undergraduate, traditional transfer, adult and non-degree/certificates
Non-Enrollment Communication Campaigns  X   Marketing consultation, timeline development, management of feedback and coordination of all project details between client, marketing, design and other vendors
DePaul Hub Social Channels (organic & paid) X   Facebook, Instagram (@DePaulU & @IamDePaul), Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and any new platforms
Admission Social Media Channels (organic & paid)   X Creation and management of recruitment-focused social media accounts
Marketing Strategy X   Brand strategy research, positioning and college- and department-level key message work
Brand Content Development X   Written, video, photography, social across web, social, print, email for brand effort
Recruitment Content Development   X Written, video, photography, social across web, social, print, email for recruitment efforts
depaul.edu   X   Continued creation, management and oversight of university-wide web visual and UX design and information architecture, including public-facing Admission pages
SEO X   All branded and organic program-specific SEO including college website pages (top-level and program pages)
SEM   X Manage all branded and non-branded keywords, develop and optimize ad copy and landing page destinations, track metrics and performance.
Google Analytics 360  X   Administrative control of DePaul's GA360 installation and accounts
Channel-level ROI analysis and UTM tracking   X Develop and manage project roadmap including requirements needed for analysis, implementation process, resourcing and reporting to key stakeholders. 

*UMC will review and approve all creative and content assets produced by DePaul partners to ensure brand integrity, including all EM-owned advertising, email, print, video, social and web/digital touchpoints.
**UMC has oversight and final approval on any changes—design or editorial—to recruitment creative concepts, extensions of DePaul’s Brand Strategy Research and the Here, We Do. campaign.
